Thirteen-year-old neighborhood kids Santeri and Teppo have been inseparable best friends on and off the football pitch ever since they were little. Now the most important summer of their lives has arrived: they are chasing victory in the coveted Uusimaa Cup, a dream they have shared since childhood.

Everything changes when Santeri falls for Roosa, a talented young musician. Suddenly football takes a back seat as Santeri spends all his time with her. Teppo can’t understand why his best friend is willing to risk everything just as they are on the verge of achieving their dream.

For the first time, the boys want different things, and their friendship is put to the test.
