I’m a freelance director and screenwriter based in Helsinki, Finland.

I directed a youth comedy series Tutkapari for Yle, produced by Just Republic. The first season was among the most watched series on Yle Areena following its release. Second season is currently in post-production.

In 2024–2025 I wrote and directed two seasons of Spiraali, a comedy miniseries exploring climate change and capitalism. The series became one of the most popular titles on Areena Stories and is also streaming on Yle Areena.

My self-funded short film Primal Therapy (2021) toured over 30 international festivals and received multiple awards, including the Audience Award at Tampere Film Festival and a Special Prize for Directing at Cottbus Film Festival. After two years on Yle Areena, the film is now available on YouTube (←click link).

I enjoy working with comedy and absurdity as ways to explore serious themes. I’m drawn to stories where humor reveals social contradictions and unexpected sides of human behavior.
